Plate type UHT Sterilizer is used for the sterilization of milk, juice, tea drink, soy milk, etc.. The UHT system adopts ultra high temperature treatment, so the milk beverage, juice or tea drink can reach strick disinfection, and then going ahead for aseptic filling. The sterilization temperature is 135~140℃ for 4~5seconds only so as to keep the nutrition, colour and flavour. The system is controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen. The Man-machine interface is easy to understand, and the equipment will carry out the whole process of CIP rinse, machine sterilization itself and liquid sterilization automatically after press the start button.
