Semi-automatic Blowing Machine (one-driven-two)
The machine is a kind of equipment recently introduced by our company to produce PET plastic hollow vessels. With the features of saving energy, less occupation, low investment, quick effect and reasonable structure, it is expansively applied in packaging products of food, drugs, cosmetics, pesticides, chemical agents and soft beverage.
Features:
1.The host machine is equipped with micro computer program controller, convenient for operation.
2.The heater adopts far infrared ray heating tube controlled by inlet controllable silicon; the transmission part adopts three-phrase motor and is driven by transducer.
3. The stretching part of the seal adopts two cylinders both on the left and right; the stretching length is stepless. The delay time of the blowing can be freely adjusted, beneficial for the product molding.
4.The waste gas within the machine is discharged through the muffler, reducing the noise.
5.The host machine is equipped with air reservoir as well as high and low pressure reducing valves.
